Store Policy

👉Returns👈
All items are made-to-order specifically for you when your order is placed. Due to the  nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we CAN Not accept returns. If you have an issue with an order that  you have received, please contact us at waymakerdesignsinc@gmail.com or on our websites chat box and we will do our best to address the issue and correct it ASAP.  We take  great pride in all of our products, our customer service, and our family owned and operated small business.

Order Processing


👉When Can I Expect My Order 👈
Current Processing Time: 5 to 7 business days plus standard shipping time. If we have your size in stock. As a small custom made to order shop we do not have the capacity to store all sizes in each color/style option. (Please do note that extended sizes, Long Sleeved T's, Dri fit items, and hoodies can take a bit longer. We do have to order the blank extended sized shirts from our wholesale warehouse supplier.)


During holidays please expect delays as the amount of orders are slightly higher than usual, although we will ALWAYS do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Please always reach out to us with any questions that you may have.  We have the chat box available on the website for direct contact or via email.

Payment Methods

Product Care

Each of our orders are packaged with a product care card with instructions to ensure the longevity of your items. We recommend washing your items in cold water and either drying on the lowest heat/air setting or hanging your items to air dry.
